If you open it while mounted to the wall, everything falls out on the floor. Nothing is held in place inside.

I ordered this to comply with OSHA and when I received the box it was missing pieces that were on the inventory list included and when compared to the picture of the item in the catalog it was missing even more. Important things like eye wash and Advil. I returned the kits I ordered and will find them elsewhere.
